Estate Planning Alan will provide a free consultation to discuss an estate plan tailored to the client's needs and desires and will then prepare the necessary wills and/or trusts and powers of attorney.
Probate Administration Alan acts as legal counsel to the personal representative of the estate. He represents the personal representative during every step of the estate administration. At the initial consultation, Alan will provide the client with an estimate of the attorney fees and costs likely to be incurred during the estate administration process.
