Alan M. Agee is a native of Colorado Springs. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1989 he earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. That same year he was admitted to the Colorado State Bar and began practicing law in Colorado Springs. He has been in the same office at 512 South 8th Street since 1989.
Alan's law practice includes Estate Planning (preparation of a last will and testament, trust and/or powers of attorney) and Probate Administration.
Alan is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
In the community, Alan is a current member and a past president of the Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club, a past chair of the board of directors of Westside CARES, and an active member of First United Methodist Church.
He is married and has two grown children.
