Social Security Disability
Social security disability cases are handled on contingent fee basis. In other words, there is no fee to the client unless past-due social security benefits are awarded. The fees are a percentage of the past-due benefits awarded to the client. Alan charges the standard social security disability fee, which will be discussed in detail at the free initial consultation.
Alan will provide the client---in advance of performing the service---with the amount of the fee for the preparation of a last will and testament, trust and/or powers of attorney.
Alan will provide the client with a written estimate of the attorney fees (hourly rate and the number of hours) and costs likely to be incurred during the process.
